Foundation Scholarships help to cover college costs such as tuition, books, technology, transportation and personal expenses.

Please note that your application will be considered for a LaGuardia Foundation Scholarship or Program. We understand the importance of privacy; the Scholarship Committee will carefully review your application and try to match you to one of the following. Foundation Named Scholarships are for students who have met eligible program criteria. Candidates will be invited for an interview for consideration.

Friedman Fund for new New Yorkers is for students who meet the following eligibility: 

·       Have neither U.S. citizen nor eligible non-citizen status

·       AND not eligible to apply for Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA) 

Crossing the Finish Line Program is for pre-selected students who have met eligible program criteria. Only students who have already received an invitation may apply.
